The purpose of the software is to eliminate the need for manual tracking and the multiple spreadsheets needed to track data on speakers and sponsors; and, to provide real time registration data.
You can try Navigator free for 30 days. Upon completion of the trial period, you will need to sign up for a paid subscription to continue to use your account.

Navigator was designed to integrate with Wild Apricot to provide real time registration data. Registrant numbers in Wild Apricot sync with Navigator’s sponsorship tickets to provide a total registration number. This eliminates the need to track sponsorship and individual registrations manually and separately.
